Snooz-a-roo

Cameron enjoys a nap on the way to see his grandparents while Katie hams it up. Funny how he has his fists clenched.

Cameron's gotten quite a few compliments (?) on his overlarge hooded jacket. Which do you think he most resemebles?
(a) The grim reaper
(b) A Jedi padawan
(c) A Benedictine monk
(d) A hapless child whose parents have no fashion sense

Jabba's sail barge?

The light saber-toting duo had a grand weekend of, well, light saber wielding. Here they pretend they are about to rescue Princess Leia from Jabba's sail barge.

The shaky bridge

We don't get out to the park quite as often as we did when we just Colin. Ah, the injustices of being the second- or third-born. Cameron did have a grand old time -- and was daring enough to try the shaky bridge, though ever so gingerly...

A day at the park

The kids enjoyed a beautiful sunny afternoon in the park, though it was quite chilly by California standards.

Ryan spent the night sleeping over, the first sleep over of any sort for our kids. It's nice that the kids are getting old enough where they can enjoy a good sleep over.

Prior to the park outing, they enjoyed coloring in and assembling their very own paper fort, a thoughtful Christmas gift from Pastor Kevin and Gilda. I think Cameron was the biggest fan of the fort, as he spent a bunch of time crawling through from one end to the other.

And you thought you had a mess on your hands...

Some days, our kids are messier than I would like. But for perspective, it's never gotten this messy. :-)
