The new point-and-shoot digital camera we're trying out (the Casio Exilim EX-Z850) has a bunch of pre-programmed scene modes which are optimized to capture everything from kits to pets to autumn leaves. Here is its Soft Flowing Water preset capturing one of the tiny waterfalls at the San Mateo Central Park's Japanese Tea Garden. What do you know, it actually worked!
My favorite preset is the eBay preset which is optimized for taking pictures of things to post on eBay. Kudos to the product manager was diligently doing their homework on the needs of the US market!
