Bath time for Cameron

Cameron is still not enjoying his baths. As with his siblings, he's taking his first baths in our bathroom sink. I think he's getting more acclimated to being dipped in the water, but I'm guessing that soley based on his shrieks getting marginally less shrill. ;-)

Here, he even looks slightly curious about the water as it flows into the sink.

The kids with their grandparents

It's been amazing -- and gratifying -- to watch our kids develop a deep and loving relationship with my parents. They really enjoy playing together, and I've seen my parents express their affection in ways that have really surprised me (in a good way).

Anyway, we were lucky enough to have my mom with us for a week to help out. My dad came to pick her up yesterday, and before they left, we got the oppotunity to take a pic of them with the three kids.

Katie and ah ma

Here's Katie with her ah ma (grandmother in Taiwanese). Katie was so dismayed when ah ma went home that she burst into tears as she headed towards the door. Luckily she recovered quickly as only little kids can (with a little help from the Tivo). :-)

Priscilla and Paul's wedding

We were honored to be guests at Priscilla and Paul's wedding this afternoon in Palo Alto. This isn't a great shot (we were pretty far back, the light was low, and I had Cameron strapped on), so I had to take some creative license with the picture to make it turn out. (Thanks, Picasa, for some handy editing tools!)

The ceremony was heartfelt and genuine. And the bride and groom were even kind enough to provide a snack bag with water and a granola bar after the ceremony. Our prayers go out to the new couple: may God richly bless this new marriage!

Pat, pat, pat his head

The kids like to pat Cameron on the head. Not sure why, but this is their default way of "playing" with New Baby. (Still not much like getting them to use di di or Cameron -- he's still New Baby about 95% of the time.)

When I grow up, I wanna be just like Katie

At least, that's what this picture implies. :-)

Colin at week 3
